1. Nature of Digital Service Delivery
Oncera is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform operating at https://oncera.live. We do not manufacture, sell, or ship physical goods.
There is no physical delivery, courier service, tracking number, or shipping address required. All features, licenses, and access rights are delivered 100% digitally through your web dashboard and your connected Discord server.
2. How Services Are Delivered
When you purchase an Oncera subscription or booster pack, digital delivery proceeds through the following automated sequence:
- Step 1: Payment is completed securely on the Billing page of the dashboard through Razorpay.
- Step 2: Instant Subscription Activation: our billing webhook confirms payment and attaches the paid subscription entitlement to your account.
- Step 3: Server Selection: you select the single Discord server covered by your active subscription.
- Step 4: Bot Installation: you authorise the Oncera Discord bot to join your server through Discord's official OAuth2 permission screen.
- Step 5: Server Configuration: you designate support channels, FAQ channels, escalation roles, and Knowledge Base guidelines in the dashboard.
- Step 6: Go-Live: the bot begins answering community questions and managing support workflows.
3. Activation and Delivery Timelines
Automated Activation Target: Subscription entitlement is provisioned automatically, with an operational target of within 1 minute of successful payment confirmation from Razorpay.
Final Go-Live: Full operational go-live inside your Discord community depends on completing your server settings and inviting the bot. Because this step is performed by the server administrator, setup duration typically ranges between 2 to 5 minutes.
One Subscription = One Discord Server
Each Oncera subscription plan covers exactly one Discord server. To deploy the bot on multiple servers, a separate subscription is required for each distinct server.
4. Customer Technical Requirements
To activate and receive the service, customers must have:
- A modern web browser and active internet connection.
- An active Oncera account created via email or Discord OAuth.
- A Discord account with Administrator or Manage Server permissions in the target Discord server.
- Valid payment via supported Razorpay methods (UPI, Cards, Net Banking).
5. Delivery Confirmation and Proof of Service
Proof that digital delivery has been successfully fulfilled is evidenced by:
- Subscription status reflecting 'Active' in the Customer Billing dashboard.
- The bot joining the designated Discord server and recording interaction events.
- Delivery confirmation emails and Razorpay payment receipt references.
6. Troubleshooting Delivery Failures
