How billing works

Plans are billed monthly in the currency shown at checkout. Each subscription covers one Discord server.

There is no free trial. You can join the official Oncera Discord server to test the assistant before subscribing.

The price and limits shown above come from the current public plans. The checkout screen is the final source for the amount charged.

Changing plans

Plan changes are handled from Billing. When you upgrade, the new plan is charged in full and unused answers from the replaced period are carried forward as credits that expire with that period.

Payment-method rules can affect whether a change happens in place. If the Billing screen cannot complete a change, contact support before paying again.

Choosing a plan

Start with the number of questions your community asks each month, then check the knowledge and direct-message limits.

If you are close to a limit, a credit booster can add extra answers or DMs for one server for 30 days. A booster does not renew or reactivate a subscription.
